Coldwell Banker United, Realtors has gathered all of its Woodlands-area real estate agents together into a new facility.

The 90 agents — from the broker’s Grogan’s Mill and Research Forest offices — cover The Woodlands as well as northwest Harris and southern Montgomery counties.

Coldwell Banker’s combined office, located at 4225 Research Forest Dr., also houses Access Title.

“We saw an opportunity to bring all of the outstanding agents and staff from both the Grogan’s Mill and Research Forest offices under one roof where we can feed off the energy and collaborative experiences of them all,” said Cindy Hamann, vice president/branch manager of The Woodlands office. “Now that we are located in a fabulous new building, we feel that our presence in The Woodlands will only make us stronger in this ever-growing market.”

Coldwell Banker has 17 offices in the greater Houston area.
