Friendswood Development Company's Graystone Hills community sponsored the HAR TREPAC Night at the Races event held on Thursday, April 30th at Dosey Doe. The event was held to benefit the TREPAC/Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee.

Estates at Graystone Features New Homes by Trendmaker Homes

Views of rolling hills and lushly forested 20' surrounds are captured in Trendmaker Homes' new designs in Graystone Hills Estates, where spacious one- and two-story homes are now available. Priced from the $400,000s, the homes are located on oversized, wooded home sites in one of the newest sections of Graystone Hills. A new model by Trendmaker Homes is now open daily in The Estates. Plan A-170 is a two-story home with 4,278 square feet, four bedrooms, 4 ½-baths and a three-car garage with an auto court and porte cochere. The home also has a covered patio, a computer center, a game room with hidden storage and options for an additional bedroom and unfinished bonus space that could be used as a media room, adding more than 400 square feet to the design.

Andrew Pear in the Trendmaker Community Sales Center, says the opening of the second model reflects the strong demand for homes in this price range. "There is a growing interest for homes in this price range," Pear said. "Buyers love our designs and the location of Graystone Hills and its convenience to I-45. They also like the many choices they have when building a Trendmaker home. A lot of people are taking advantage of the community's wooded beauty and adding features such as a second-story balcony to enjoy the views.:"

Trendmaker's designs in Graystone Hills Estates range in size from 3,000 up to 4,900 square feet and are built on home sites that average 1/3 to ½ acre in size. Currently, three homes are completed available for sale in the Estates. Each of the Trendmaker model homes is now open daily in Graystone Hills.

Graystone Hills also features new homes and models by Meritage Homes, Lennar, Newmark Homes and Village Builders. Prices range from the $190,000s to the $500,000s.
